Privacy Policy

1. What we do not collect

The app does not collect any of the following.

• Identity information such as name, address, or phone number
• Location data
• On-device personal data such as contacts, photos, or calendars
• Advertising identifiers or identifiers used to track you across apps
• Usage analytics through third-party SDKs — no such SDK is present in the app

2. Data that stays on your device

Mixer settings, scenes, presets, channel names, layout preferences, recently used mixer addresses, and app settings are stored only in your device storage. They never leave the device unless you explicitly send them, and they are removed when you delete the app.

3. Microphone

The app uses the microphone for two purposes, both only while you have the corresponding feature switched on.

• Real-time analysis (RTA): audio is analysed on the device to display the room’s frequency response. It is not stored or transmitted.
• AI voice commands: while you have the AI feature active, your speech is sent to Google’s Gemini API for recognition. If you do not use the AI feature, no audio is transmitted. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

4. Camera

The camera is used only to scan QR codes for mixer or server pairing. Scanning happens on the device; no images are stored or transmitted.

5. Local network

The app accesses your local network to discover and control mixers on the same Wi-Fi. The traffic involved (OSC control messages and meter data) stays within your network and does not pass through our servers.

6. Subscriptions and email

No account or sign-up is required to use the app.

Subscription payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store payment card details.

To verify subscription status, the app sends the store-issued purchaser identifier to our licence server and receives back whether the subscription is active and how long it runs. That identifier is created by the store, does not by itself identify you, and is used for nothing other than entitlement checks.

We keep an email address only if you write to us or request a subscription or deployment consultation through the website. It is used to answer you and for subscription-related notices — never for marketing, and never shared with third parties.

7. Data sent only when you choose to send it

• Cloud backup (optional): when you tap save, your mixer settings and scenes are stored on our servers. Deleting a backup removes it from the server.
• Diagnostic report (optional): when you use the problem-reporting feature, app event logs and recent AI voice-command results are sent to our servers. They are used only to diagnose faults.

8. Service providers

We rely on the following providers to operate the app and website.

• Google (Gemini API): AI voice command recognition
• Apple and Google: app distribution and subscription billing
• Vercel and Supabase: website hosting, subscription records, and cloud backups

9. Retention

Cloud backups are deleted when you delete them, or 30 days after a subscription ends. Diagnostic reports are kept for 90 days. Subscription records are retained for as long as applicable law requires.

10. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your data. Contact us at the address below and we will act on your request. Because most data lives only on your device, deleting the app also removes it.

11. Children

The app is a professional tool for audio engineers and venue operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will post the revised version here with a new date. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
