1. What the app does

The app controls Behringer X32 / Midas M32 series digital mixers over a local network. Full functionality requires being on the same network as such a mixer. A built-in demo mode lets you explore the interface without hardware.

2. Plans and subscriptions

• Free: basic control features.
• Pro: full features for ₩9,900 per month or ₩99,000 per year in the Republic of Korea, including VAT. Prices in other territories follow the store listing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Renewal is charged to your store account.
• Cancellation and refunds follow the policy of the store you purchased from (App Store or Google Play). The app links to your store’s subscription management page.

3. Your responsibilities

The app controls real audio equipment. Changes to faders, gain, and phantom power take effect immediately on the console and on what the audience hears. You are responsible for the results of those actions, and you should verify your setup before live use.

In particular, 48V phantom power can damage certain microphones and devices if applied incorrectly. The app is built to enable phantom power only when you explicitly ask for it, but the final check remains yours.

4. About the AI features

AI voice commands and automatic adjustment are assistive tools. Speech recognition and automated decisions are not always correct, so verify the results during critical events. AI features require an internet connection and depend on the availability of external services.

5. Prohibited use

• Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing the app without permission
• Circumventing subscription verification
• Controlling equipment or networks you are not authorised to use
• Any use that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others

6. Intellectual property

The software, design, trademarks, and documentation of the app and website belong to AbleMix. A subscription grants you the right to use the app; it does not transfer ownership.

Behringer, Midas, X32, and M32 are trademarks of their respective owners. AbleMix is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, those manufacturers.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Where liability is established, it will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

8. Changes and discontinuation

We may improve or change features. Material changes that disadvantage paying users, and any discontinuation of the service, will be announced in advance through the app or this website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved in the competent courts there.
